Club Presentation Night
DASC hosted it's 2007 annual prize award night on Sat 8th Dec. On a night that was well attended and enjoyed by all, the club's president Steven Duthie, commended the contributions made by its helpers during the course of the year and shared in the club and its swimmers many successes.

Club 2007 Championships On Saturday 10th November the club hosted their annual club championships. On what was a exciting event, with swimmers producing super performances, congratulations are in order to the following club championship winners :
8yrs/U (Luke Dickson / James Collyer & Eilidh Jordan), 9/10yrs (Calum Templeton & Aimee Adam), 11/12yrs (David Hesketh & Esmee Wilkinson / Kirsty Davies, 13/14yrs (Zach Thomson & Kerry Falconer), 15/16yrs (Robert Tate & Francis Fairgrieve), Seniors (Simon Metcalfe)
A big thank you to all who volunteered in the organisation and smooth running of the event.

Club Summer Outing On Monday 13 August 2007 swimmers and parents enjoyed ten pin bowling at Bowlplex in Dunfermline. Congratulations to Mairi who won the best child player of the tightly contested event. Not forgetting the adults, congratulations go to Dave who won convincingly, the best adult player.
A thank you to all parents who stayed to help out, and a big thanks to Maggie who organised the whole event.

Distance Badges Awards Fri 6th October 2006
Normally you would associate large distances such as 26 kilometers with Olympic style Marathons. However this weekend Dunfermline Amateur Swimming Club (DASC) awarded Distance Badges totaling over 61 kilometers to the Club Members.
